Summary

This study tests whether a special sleep therapy (CBT-I) delivered over video calls can help adults with ulcerative colitis who also have insomnia. About 20 people will take part in 5 therapy sessions and complete online sleep diaries and questionnaires. The goal is to see if the treatment is practical and improves sleep.
