Summary

This study investigated whether treating insomnia could reduce the higher risk of heart disease seen in people with PTSD. Researchers enrolled 140 adults with both PTSD and insomnia. They tested if an 8-week sleep therapy program could improve key markers of heart health, like blood pressure and blood vessel function.
