Summary

This study is testing whether treating insomnia in people with Crohn's disease can improve their sleep and potentially reduce other symptoms like pain and inflammation. Researchers are recruiting 83 participants with both Crohn's disease and insomnia to receive remote treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, while also measuring changes in sleep quality and Crohn's symptoms.
