Military study tests talk therapy for sleep after brain injury
NCT ID NCT06551987
Summary
This study compares two types of talk therapy to help military personnel with sleep problems after a mild brain injury. Researchers want to see which therapy works better for improving sleep and reducing other lingering symptoms like headaches and memory issues. The study involves 160 active-duty service members who will receive either 6 sessions of one therapy or 4 sessions of another, offered both in-person and by video call.
