Summary

This study will test how well common prescription and over-the-counter sleep medications work for adults with chronic insomnia. About 1,200 people will try different medicines like zolpidem, trazodone, melatonin, and diphenhydramine. The goal is to find which ones are most effective and safest for both short-term and long-term use.
