Could a pill keep blood cancer in remission after transplant?

Summary
This study tests whether the oral drug Inqovi can help prevent myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) from coming back after a stem cell transplant. About 22 adults who have had a reduced-intensity transplant will take Inqovi as maintenance therapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it is safe and tolerable.
