New pill for hemophilia a enters human safety testing

Summary
This study tests an experimental oral medicine called Inno8 in 30 men with hemophilia A. The main goal is to see if different doses are safe. Participants will take the medicine by mouth and be monitored for about 11 weeks. This is an early-stage trial, so Inno8 is not yet available for prescription.
