First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests two hyaluronic acid gels, INNEA and INNEA AQUA, for treating wrinkles on the cheeks and décolletage. Fifty-five women aged 35 to 65 will receive up to three injections. Researchers will check wrinkle improvement one month after the last injection using the Lemperle Rating Scale and the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- hyaluronic acid gel (INNEA and INNEA AQUA)
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could confirm that these gels safely reduce wrinkles on the cheeks and décolletage, offering a cosmetic treatment option.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, single-arm study with no comparison group, so results may not be definitive. As a post-market device trial, it confirms existing use rather than testing a new breakthrough.
