Summary
This study tests whether injecting a substance made from a patient's own blood (platelet-rich fibrin) can improve the thickness and width of gums around dental implants. It includes 80 healthy, non-smoking adults with thin gums around their implants. The goal is to see if this injection helps prevent future gum problems and improves appearance over one year.
