Summary
This study is testing an inhaled therapy called KB707 for adults with advanced solid tumors in the lungs that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses a modified, harmless virus designed to stimulate the immune system to fight the cancer directly in the lungs. Researchers are evaluating the safety, side effects, and early signs of effectiveness of KB707, both alone and in combination with other cancer drugs.
