Can a puff of cannabis stop a migraine in its tracks?
NCT ID NCT05427630
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether inhaling cannabis can quickly stop migraine pain and other symptoms like light sensitivity. Twenty adults with migraines will try three different strengths of cannabis and a placebo during separate attacks to see which works best. The goal is to see if this method provides fast relief, but it is not a cure and requires ongoing treatment for each migraine.
