Spit test could replace needles for kids with IBD on infliximab

Summary

This study looks at whether measuring infliximab levels in saliva is as good as measuring it in blood for children with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Fifteen children starting infliximab will provide saliva and blood samples during routine visits. The goal is purely to gather knowledge, not to change treatment.
