Summary
This trial aims to find the safest and most effective way to prevent serious infections in adults with blood cancers like myeloma, lymphoma, and leukemia. It will directly compare two common prevention strategies: immunoglobulin therapy and antibiotics. The goal is to see which approach better helps patients avoid infections and stay out of the hospital over a 12-month period.
