Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective way to prevent serious infections in people with blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Researchers are comparing two different prevention strategies: long-term antibiotics versus immunoglobulin replacement therapy. The trial will enroll 900 participants to see which approach better prevents infections and improves quality of life over 12 months.
