Summary

This study tests a program called Healthy Eating for My Infant (HEMI) that helps low-income families prevent obesity in their babies. The program addresses challenges like maternal mental health and food insecurity through home visits. Researchers will check if the program is practical, liked by families, and improves infant growth and diet. About 60 mothers and their 2-month-old babies will take part.
