New cancer drug trial seeks to boost immune system against tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called INBRX-106, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the body handles the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment can shrink tumors in cancers like lung, head and neck, melanoma, and others.
