Summary

This trial tests a new drug called IMVT-1402 for adults with Graves' disease, a condition where the thyroid is overactive. The study will include 210 participants who still have high thyroid levels despite taking standard medications. Participants will receive either one of two doses of IMVT-1402 or a placebo for 26 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can help patients achieve normal thyroid function and stop taking other thyroid medications.
