Summary

This study tests different exercise programs to see which one helps older adults stay physically active over the long term. Six hundred people aged 60 and older will be assigned to one of four groups, each with a different approach to exercise. The goal is to find strategies that make it easier for seniors to keep moving and improve their health as they age.
