New sleep program aims to help exhausted caregivers rest easy

Summary

This pilot study tests a sleep improvement program designed specifically for family caregivers. Researchers want to see if combining cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and caregiving guidance can help 30 caregivers sleep more regularly, feel more rested during the day, and reduce stress. The program is adapted from an existing sleep intervention to meet the unique challenges caregivers face.
