Summary
This study tests whether a high-intensity parenting program can improve learning and school functioning in Latino children being treated for leukemia or lymphoma. About 214 parents and children will take part. Parents in the high-intensity group will receive extra training in skills that support learning, while the other group gets standard care. Researchers will measure changes in school performance, attention, and quality of life.
