Summary

This study looked at whether increasing physical activity through a 12-week virtual exercise program could improve physical function and quality of life in cancer survivors who are over 60 or live in rural areas. About 100 participants completed the program, which focused on endurance, strength, and balance. The goal was to see if the program helped them feel less tired and more capable in daily life.
