New study tests if feedback reports and toolkits keep patients in opioid treatment longer
NCT ID NCT07214389
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether giving opioid treatment programs (OTPs) regular reports on how well they retain patients, plus a quality-improvement toolkit, can help more people stay in treatment for at least 90 days. Some clinics will also get extra help from an outside facilitator. The study involves 4,500 patients across 45 clinics. The goal is to find practical ways to reduce early drop-out and improve outcomes for people with opioid use disorder.
