Summary
This study looks at whether a team-based plan can help doctors and staff better screen children for depression and connect them to mental health services. About 40 healthcare workers at a children's hospital will use a team charter to clarify roles and improve coordination. The goal is to see if this approach increases screening rates and speeds up referrals for kids who need help.
