Summary
This study tests a combination of team-based clinic practices and patient-friendly technology to help more people complete a colonoscopy after an abnormal stool-based screening test. The goal is to catch colon cancer early or prevent it entirely. About 2,000 adults who speak English, Spanish, or Cantonese and have had an abnormal FIT result will take part.
