Better light, better sight: new study on Post-Surgery vision

NCT ID NCT07077967

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how different types of artificial lighting affect how well people see after having presbyopia (age-related blurry near vision) corrected with special extended-depth-of-focus lens implants. Researchers will measure the minimum light needed for clear distance vision in 100 adults aged 45 to 75. The goal is to create better lighting guidelines for people with these lenses.
