New approach aims to ease back pain for thousands

Summary
This study compares a new spine specialist care model to usual care for 1800 adults with low back pain. The goal is to see if the new approach reduces how much pain interferes with daily life and improves physical function after 3 months. Participants are 18 or older and starting a visit for back pain at a participating clinic.
