Summary
This study tests a device called WAVwatch 2.0 that uses soundwaves to help with back comfort and flexibility. About 100 adults in the US will use the device at home and answer surveys about their pain and quality of life. The goal is to see if this gentle, non-invasive approach can reduce the need for over-the-counter pain relievers.
