Summary

This study tests a device called WAVwatch 2.0 that uses soundwaves to help with back pain and stiffness. About 100 adults in the US will use the device at home and report their pain levels and quality of life. The goal is to see if this gentle, non-invasive approach can improve everyday comfort and movement.
