Summary
This study looks at whether a combined program of online exercise classes, guided meditation, and nutrition advice can improve brain function, reduce inflammation, and enhance physical fitness in healthy adults aged 50 to 75. Sixty participants will either start the 6-month program right away or wait 6 months before starting. Researchers will measure changes in thinking, sleep, mood, body composition, and more.
