New immunotherapy approach targets advanced cancers before surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug called TSR-042 before standard chemoradiation and surgery works better for advanced solid tumors with specific genetic features. Researchers want to see if this combination helps eliminate cancer cells more effectively. The trial will enroll 200 adults with locally advanced tumors that haven't spread to distant organs. The main goal is to measure how many participants have no detectable cancer after treatment.
