Veterans with lung cancer get a new shot: chemo-immuno combo before radiation

Summary
This study tests whether giving immunotherapy and chemotherapy before radiation can help veterans with stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 25 participants will receive the treatment combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long the cancer stays under control and how well patients tolerate the therapy.
