Veterans with lung cancer may benefit from triple therapy approach

Summary
This study is for veterans with stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation to see if this approach helps control the cancer longer and is safe. About 25 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will track how long the cancer stays under control and any side effects.
