Could Pre-Surgery immunotherapy boost melanoma outcomes?

Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy before and after surgery helps people with advanced melanoma (stage III or IV). About 90 participants will receive treatment based on their tumor's biomarkers. The goal is to see if this approach leads to a major or complete response in the tumor.
