First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study follows 65 patients getting stem cell transplants for blood cancers to see how their immune system's B cells recover. Researchers will track VDJ recombination—the process that lets B cells recognize germs—before and after transplant. The goal is to learn how to better time vaccines and prevent infections in these vulnerable patients.
