Summary

This study aims to understand how the immune system and skin healing are connected in people with primary immunodeficiency, psoriasis, or eczema, as well as in healthy volunteers. Researchers will collect skin biopsies, blood samples, and optional skin swabs to analyze microbes and metabolic pathways. No treatment is given; the goal is to gather knowledge that may guide future therapies.
