Summary

This study looks at how the immune system controls inflammation in the gut for people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Up to 1,000 participants, from newborns to age 75, will receive standard medical care while researchers collect blood, tissue, and other samples. The goal is to find the root causes of these diseases and develop better therapies in the future.
