Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients develop chronic graft-versus-host disease after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will collect blood, saliva, and stool samples from 75 participants to track immune cell changes over time. The goal is to identify patterns that could lead to better future treatments for this serious transplant complication.
