First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This pilot study tests a depression prevention program called Brief Interpersonal Psychotherapy-Adolescent Skills Training (B-IPT-AST) for teens aged 13-17 with mild symptoms. The program includes 6 sessions (4 group, 2 individual) and is compared to usual services. Researchers want to see if it is feasible and acceptable in primary care, and if it reduces depression and anxiety symptoms.
