This study is looking at whether brain imaging can help predict how people with Parkinson's disease and freezing of gait respond to deep brain stimulation (DBS). Researchers will scan the brains of 54 participants before and after DBS surgery, and track their walking, thinking, and Parkinson's symptoms over a year.
