This study is looking at whether brain imaging can help predict how people with Parkinson's disease and freezing of gait respond to deep brain stimulation (DBS). Researchers will scan the brains of 54 participants before and after DBS surgery, and track their walking, thinking, and Parkinson's symptoms over a year. The goal is to see if the brain's structure and connections are linked to how well DBS improves freezing episodes.
