Summary

This study looked at whether iloprost, a drug used for high blood pressure in the lungs, can improve oxygen levels in obese patients during one-lung ventilation for lung surgery. 78 adults with a BMI over 30 scheduled for lung surgery took part. The goal was to see if the drug helps reduce breathing problems during the procedure.
