First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at a rare disease called IgG4-related disease, which can damage organs. Researchers compared immune cells (called follicular helper T cells) in the blood of 75 people: those with the disease, those with Sjogren's syndrome, and healthy volunteers. The goal was to learn more about the disease, not to test a treatment.
