Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has a specific mutation called KRAS G12D. The treatment uses tiny particles called exosomes to deliver a molecule that blocks the mutated gene. The goal is to find the best dose, check safety, and see if it helps control the cancer.
