Summary
This study aimed to find how often IDH1 and IDH2 gene mutations occur in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in China, and whether those mutations affect a patient's chance of relapse or survival. Researchers planned to analyze stored leukemia samples from over 1,000 patients. The study was terminated early, so results may be limited.
