Researchers track Pre-MDS blood conditions in 300 patients

Summary
This study follows 300 people who have low blood cell counts (cytopenia) lasting at least 4 months but do not yet have myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The goal is to see how often these early conditions, called ICUS and CCUS, turn into MDS. Participants are observed over time, and no treatment is given as part of the study.
