Summary
This study follows 300 people with low blood cell counts (ICUS or CCUS) that do not yet meet the criteria for myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The goal is to track how often these conditions progress to MDS over time. Participants are observed without receiving any experimental treatment, and researchers record any changes in their blood counts or diagnosis.
