Blood count mystery: 300 patients watched for early signs of bone marrow disease

Summary
This study follows 300 people who have had low blood cell counts for at least 4 months but do not yet have myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The goal is to track how often these patients progress to MDS or related conditions. Researchers will monitor participants over time to better understand the disease process in a Chinese population.
