Summary
This trial tests whether giving a fluorescent dye called indocyanine green during endoscopic surgery helps surgeons remove non-functioning pituitary macroadenomas more completely. About 34 adults with these tumors will be randomly assigned to receive the dye or not during surgery. The study compares how often the tumor is fully removed and whether complications are fewer, with follow-up MRI scans and eye exams to check outcomes.
