This study tests whether changing the dose and storage of a dye called indocyanine green can improve detection of cancer spread in lymph nodes for people with cervical, endometrial, or vulvar cancer. About 30 participants will receive the optimized dye during surgery. The goal is to find a more effective and cost-saving method for sentinel lymph node mapping.
