First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug ibrutinib to standard chemotherapy can better control primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) in people who are not eligible for a stem cell transplant. About 30 adults aged 65 or older or with other health issues will receive the combination therapy. The main goal is to see if the cancer stays under control for at least one year.
