New hope for IBD patients when old treatment fails

Summary
This study is testing if a medication called guselkumab can help people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who still have active symptoms despite taking ustekinumab. About 200 adults in Canada will switch to guselkumab and be monitored for one year to see if their symptoms and gut inflammation improve. The goal is to find a better treatment option for those whose current therapy isn't working well enough.
