Summary
This study is observing over 1,000 adults with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease in Brazil who are taking or have taken vedolizumab. The goal is to see how long people stay on the treatment and what other therapies they have used. No new treatments are given; it is purely a review of existing data.
