This study watches over 1,000 adults with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease in Brazil who are taking or have taken vedolizumab. Researchers are not giving any new treatment—they are just collecting information to see how long people stay on the drug and what other treatments they have used. The goal is to understand real-world use of vedolizumab for inflammatory bowel disease.
