Massive 15,000-Patient study aims to map the Real-World journey of IBD

Summary
This study is creating a large, long-term registry of patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis to learn how these conditions behave and how treatments perform in everyday clinic settings. It will follow 15,000 adults and children (age 2+) for five years, collecting information on the treatments they use, their health outcomes, and side effects. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors make better treatment decisions in the future.
