This study aims to understand how doctors around the world use a specific treatment strategy for Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, and whether using this strategy leads to better results for patients. It will look back at the medical records of 2,000 adults who have had these conditions for at least two years. The study is observational, meaning it only collects information from past care; no new treatments or extra visits are required.
